HaloPSA import

Paste your HaloPSA address and an API application's client ID and secret — Halo's cloud or your own server. Clients become companies and users become contacts, and every ticket arrives in the Service Desk with its actions (hidden actions kept internal), each on its original date. Agents are matched to your Gochi users by email address; the Halo ticket number stays on each ticket. Nothing is sent to your clients while it runs, closed tickets stay closed, and Gochi's SLA clock only starts for tickets still open when they arrive. Safe to run again: anything already imported is updated, never duplicated.
