🐉The story behind Gochi

Business software should be something you enjoy.

We built Gochi because we believe the tools you spend 8 hours a day inside should make your work easier — not harder.

Why we built this

Every business was running on too many tools that didn't talk to each other.

We looked at how growing businesses actually operate and saw the same pattern everywhere — a CRM in one tab, a quoting tool in another, a help desk somewhere else, invoicing in a spreadsheet. Five subscriptions. Five logins. Zero connection between them.

When a deal closes in the CRM, someone has to manually create the invoice, send the contract for signature, open a project, and set up the customer in the help desk. Every step is a handoff. Every handoff is a chance for something to fall through the cracks.

We decided to build something different. A single platform that handles the entire business workflow — from first contact to signed contract to happy customer — with a shared data layer that means every module knows what every other module is doing.

The insight

The workflow first. Intelligence on top.

Most platforms try to add AI to existing workflows as an afterthought. Gochi was designed the other way around — we built the workflow first, made sure it worked beautifully on its own, and then designed the intelligence layer to sit seamlessly on top.

The result is a platform where AI feels like a natural extension of how you work, not a feature you have to consciously activate. You just notice that things get done faster, problems surface earlier, and suggestions are usually right.

Meet Gochi

Gochi spirit of the platform. Playful enough to make work feel less like work. Wise enough to know what you need before you ask (not really, but he tries).

Our founding principle
"Don't build an agent. Solve a workflow."

Every feature in Gochi exists because it solves a specific, painful, real-world workflow problem — not because the technology was impressive. That principle guides every decision we make.

What we stand for

Our values

Humans first

Every decision starts with the person sitting in front of the screen. Software should work for people, not the other way around.

Joy is a feature

We believe enjoying your tools makes you better at your job. Delight is not a nice-to-have — it's a core product requirement.

Intelligence with purpose

We don't add intelligence because it's impressive. We add it because it solves a real problem in a real workflow. Every feature earns its place.

Radical transparency

One price. No hidden fees. No dark patterns. No forcing credit cards to start a trial. We build trust by being straight with people.

Solve the workflow

Our founding principle guides everything. We obsess over specific, painful, real-world problems — not technology for technology's sake.

Built together

Our best ideas come from our customers. We build openly, share our roadmap, and treat early customers as co-founders of the product.

A note from the founder

"I built Gochi because I was frustrated watching great businesses struggle with software that should have been making their lives easier. Too many tools. Too many logins. Too much time spent managing software instead of running the business. We deserve better — and so do the people using these tools every single day."
