Sign in with Slack and pick a channel, or paste a Slack webhook address. Then switch on the events that channel should hear about: urgent or all new tickets, tickets that miss their deadline, critical device alerts, deals won and invoices paid. Each message is short and links back to the record in Gochi. When many alerts arrive at once, the first few are posted and the rest are summed up in one message. Connect several channels for different teams.
