Microsoft Teams

In the Teams channel, add the Workflows template "Send webhook alerts to a channel" and paste the address it gives you into Gochi. Then switch on the events that channel should hear about: urgent or all new tickets, tickets that miss their deadline, critical device alerts, deals won and invoices paid. Each card links back to the record in Gochi, and a burst of alerts is summed up in one card.
