Call can open the number in your softphone (a tel:, sip:, callto: or the softphone's own link), or ask the phone system's own web address to ring the person's extension and dial. Call records come in when the phone system sends them to Gochi's signed web address, or from a spreadsheet you upload, so the call log, client mapping, voice billing, My calls, missed calls and the Board work as with any phone system.
