ESET PROTECT

Connect your ESET PROTECT cloud console (MSPs through ESET PROTECT Hub or ESET MSP Administrator, single companies through ESET Business Account) with an API user. Every 15 minutes new detections — malware, EDR rules, blocked attacks, suspicious activity — raise alerts on the matching Gochi device, so your ticket rules and notifications apply, and once a detection is resolved in ESET the Gochi alert resolves. Vulnerability and patch findings are left out. Customers are matched to your Gochi companies by name; a customer or machine Gochi can't match is listed in the run log, never guessed. A coverage check lists protected machines with no Gochi agent, and Gochi devices ESET isn't protecting. ESET PROTECT On-Prem isn't supported: its own API doesn't give out detections.
