Connect your Sophos Central Partner account with an API credential. Every 15 minutes each client's open threat alerts — malware, unwanted apps, runtime detections, MDR cases — raise alerts on the matching Gochi device, so your ticket rules and notifications apply. Housekeeping alerts such as updates and licences are left out, and once an alert is cleared in Sophos the Gochi alert resolves. Clients are matched to your Gochi companies by name; a client or machine Gochi can't match is listed in the run log, never guessed. A coverage check lists protected machines with no Gochi agent, and Gochi devices that aren't protected.
