Sign in with Xero and choose the organisation. To move to Gochi, pick a cutover date: your chart of accounts, tax rates, customers, suppliers and items come across, with the invoices, bills and credits still open on that day and the trial balance on that day as opening balances — the run shows, account by account, that Gochi's trial balance matches Xero's. To keep Xero instead, switch on the sync: invoices, credit notes and payments raised in Gochi are sent to Xero once each, and payments made in Xero come back as receipts in Gochi.
