Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Sign in with your Microsoft work account, then choose the environment (your live Production books or a sandbox) and the company. To move to Gochi, pick a cutover date: your chart of accounts, VAT groups, customers, vendors and items come across, with the invoices, bills and credit memos still open on that day and the trial balance on that day as opening balances — the run shows, account by account, that Gochi's trial balance matches Business Central's. To keep Business Central instead, switch on the sync: invoices, credit notes and payments raised in Gochi are posted to Business Central once each, and payments received in Business Central come back as receipts in Gochi.
