Log in with Facebook and pick your Pages: messages to each Page on Messenger, and to the Instagram business account linked to it, arrive as chats, like WhatsApp. Reply within Meta's 24 hours of their last message, give a chat to someone, make a ticket of it or send it to sales, and link the person to a CRM contact. Each person can show Facebook and Instagram as their own tabs, or together with other chats in a group of their own.
