Google reviews

Sign in with Google as an owner or manager of your Business Profile. Every 30 minutes your locations' reviews come into Marketing → Reviews, with any replies. Reply from Gochi and it's posted to Google, which checks replies before they show. The first sync brings your history in quietly; after that the people you choose are told about new reviews, or only low scores, and a low score can open a follow-up ticket.
