Connect your Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud partner account with an API client. Every 15 minutes Gochi reads each client's new Acronis alerts: a failed or missed backup raises a backup alert, and malware or ransomware Acronis finds raises a threat alert, on the matching Gochi device — so your ticket rules and notifications apply. When the alert is dismissed in Acronis, the Gochi alert resolves. Clients are matched to your Gochi companies by name, and a coverage check lists machines Acronis backs up that have no Gochi agent, and the other way round.
